Thank
If you need to contact us prior to the meeting, or after we conclude our meeting, please email us at info@taxproff.com
Please make sure that your camera and microphone are working ahead of the meeting. We must have that up and running before the meeting so that we do not spend time troubleshooting. This meeting is an equivalent of you stepping into our physical office, so we ask that you are not driving at the time or being distracted by other things.
3 – Turn on the microphone and camera and ensure that both are working appropriately before the meeting
*Reading the page content and watching the video linked in the pages above should answer most of your general questions about building a relationship with our team and helping you mak e the m ost of the discovery meeting. If you do not go over the page(s) , it would be too much information for us to convey to you in a 15-minute discovery meeting, and you will not receive the full benefit of the time slot. Once you review our onboarding process, you should formulate non-tax-related questions that will help you determine if we are a good fit for your needs.
*As a friendly reminder , during the 15-minute discovery meeting , we ask that we do not go over any specific tax questions as that is against our insurance policy. We must be formally engaged with you and/or your business to answer any specific tax questions about a particular tax situation. If we feel that your situation is outside of our expertise or resources, we will see if we may recommend a professional who will help accordingly.
Our services are billed at $250 per hour; we will render an estimate at your request.
